Refund & Exchane Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Immediate Return Option:
When your order is delivered, you may open and try your item on the spot. If it doesn’t suit you, you can hand it back directly to the courier for a refund or exchange. This option is available at the time of delivery only.
To start a return after delivery, please contact us through our instagram account @agista.apparel.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement.
Alternatively, if you choose the immediate return option at delivery, you may hand the item back to the courier and request an exchange.
The same eligibility requirements apply: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us through our instagram account @agista.apparel.
